Information in your request
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message; business name and phone are optional. A configured order request also requires a phone number and includes your chosen product options and any notes. For delivery requests, we also ask for your suburb and postcode.
How it is used
We use this information to respond, check product suitability and availability, quote freight, and arrange an invoice if you decide to proceed. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Email and website services
Requests are sent to our sales mailbox through Cloudflare Email Service. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate those services. The request handler also uses limited technical metadata to prevent spam and duplicate submissions. This version does not include advertising trackers or analytics.
Access, correction and questions
To ask about your information or request a correction, email [email protected] or call 0420 124 195.
Before public release, this notice will be finalised with the business’s retention policy and applicable service-provider details.
